Shipping is $8.50 per quarterly box. If a warranty replacement is approved, replacement shipping is also $8.50.

Device guarantee

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects only, for as long as your membership is active. In plain terms:

Covered: a device that stops working correctly due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Not covered: accidental damage, loss, water damage, misuse, or normal wear (including the liner and battery, which are consumables).
One replacement per approved claim; active membership required; replacement shipping $8.50.
