How to return your device
We want your trial to be fair and straightforward. If finallyRelief! is not working for you, here is exactly what to do and when to do it.
Your two critical deadlines
Day 60
To qualify for the trial return program, return requests should be submitted within 60 days of receiving your device. We reserve the right to decline requests submitted after this period.
Day 70
Your device must physically arrive back at our facility by this date. If not received by day 70, the $259 balance is charged.
Step-by-step return process

Check your trial start date
Your 60-day clock started the day you confirmed receipt of your device. Check your receipt confirmation email for your exact trial start date and day 60 deadline.

File your return request before day 60
Use the button below to submit your return request online. This must be done before day 60 of your trial. Filing the request stops the $259 charge immediately. Requests after day 60 cannot be accepted.

Receive return authorisation within 1 business day
We will email your return authorisation and the return shipping address within 1 business day of receiving your request.

Pack and ship using a tracked service
Pack the device in its original packaging. Use a tracked shipping service — this protects you if there is any dispute about delivery timing. You pay return shipping.

Device must arrive back within 70 days of your receipt date
If your device is not received back within 70 days of your original receipt date, the $259 balance will be charged even if a return request was filed. Ship early to be safe.
Return conditions
- The device should be returned in reasonably good condition, showing only normal use during the trial period.
- Please include all major components originally supplied with the device.
- Original packaging is appreciated when available but is not required.
- Return requests should be submitted within 60 days of receiving the device.
- The device should be shipped back within 70 days of the original delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- The 90-pack liner supply is a consumable product and remains yours regardless of whether the device is returned.
What is not refunded
- The $40 trial enrollment fee, which covers program administration and processing.
- The $29.95 liner bundle (if purchased), as liners are consumable personal-use items.
- Any additional liner purchases made during the trial period.
- Return shipping costs.
